Additionally, I noticed the pool was inoperable during my stay, which was disappointing since I was looking forward to a quick swim. The breakfast situation was confusing. I expected a continental option but ended up with just Starbucks coffee. Finally, the ongoing staffing issues affected service—like waiting a long time for a response when I needed bedding for the sofa bed. Overall, there are some great things about this place, but definitely room for improvement.
